Big Decision at PMR
Needless to say BIG decision are needed and I need God to give us wisdom, favor, insight, and protection (both from bad business people and working without the right stuff to do the job). The military and my upbringing has taught me to get a job done so one way or another the vision of peace Mountain Ranch will be completed.
There are so many things happening at PMR that making the right decision becomes critical. When you are a nonprofit, every decision to spend money becomes vital. There are times when you know the next step and then there are other times when multiple big decisions need to be made that were not in the plans. It is time for the plumbing, some electrical, concrete and the property to be maintained. Well, I was going to plan to do the plumbing myself because there is not money to hire anyone but I was counseled to be careful on how the plumbing and electrical gets done.
We were also blessed to have the SSG Dustin M Wright Foundation loan us a tractor and man, was it key to so many things we did on the ranch. That being said it was recently returned to them and now I need to get another tractor. It has become too aware that the property needs will not be able to be accomplished without one. Spreading lime, seed, and fertilizer on the fields for hay harvest and grazing – maintaining the 400 yard long driveway when snow and rain come – moving, lifting and assisting with heavy work, which I cannot do myself and day to day care for buildings, property and livestock which will not get done without it. Borrowing one is ok once in a while but that is never a given and good neighbor willingness ends fast. I know because I had to ask them until we were blessed by the use of a tractor.
We also need you all to pray for us to hear God’s voice on how to bring in added income from the property to sustain and fulfill all that needs to be done. We are so grateful for those who have helped monetarily and in many other areas and also covet your continual prayers.
