The Coops Are Almost Done

Good morning All, well the statement “when at first you do not succeed try try again” has once again been true here at PMR. The first thing I built on property was chicken coop and I felt I did a good job but the rain has been a destructive force. It has caused me to remodel the first coop. At the same time all the new grown up chicks – who are now laying eggs, a new coop was needed. We have decided to make it one large coop with two different nesting areas and protected play space.

Without plans my mind is running on overload making sure it will be a safe structure for a long time. I think the new build will be a new permanent home for all the chicks. It is my hope to have it ready tonight so that all the ladies can sleep well and safe in their homes. I will be placing some pics on Facebook soon.
